WKS achieves Eco-Schools Green Flag Award with Distinction

This achievement follows a whole year of hard work, with pupils and staff taking part in a wide range of eco activities, projects and green initiatives across the school.

A huge well done to our Eco Committee, Eco Ambassador and Miss Millington for their enthusiasm, ideas and commitment throughout the year. Their efforts have helped to encourage our school community to think about sustainability and the ways we can all make a positive difference.

We are incredibly proud to have the Green Flag flying at WKS. This award represents much more than an achievement, it reflects our commitment to caring for our environment, our planet and our relationship with nature.

From learning about sustainability to taking action in our school and wider community, our pupils are helping to make a difference, one small step at a time.
